The owner of Nectarpercs reached out to me and explained the situation, then worked with me for 2 days to figure out an alternative product in the same price range that they had in stock. We landed on something close to the original order but slightly cheaper, so to offset the cost he included a free nectar collector which brought to total value to above what I paid. He then personally dropped off the box for shipping and two days later it arrived on my door step. Overall they were easy to order through, customer service was great and easy to work with, and they resolved the hold up above and beyond with plenty of breathing room for Christmas. When the product arrived it was in perfect condition and was really high quality, and looked better than the pictures show on the website. I highly recommend this brand to anyone looking to get a nice new piece of glass with the glycerin! Especially given that they are a small business that is local to the eastern Oregon/Washington area. 10/10, 5 stars.
